BioHelis will offer the following wide array of services that will allow companies to develop their efficient, safe, and state-of-the-art activities:
 Sea Water Supply: Good quality sea water will be available in the park for every research and development area.
- Fresh Water Supply: Good quality fresh water will be available in the park for every research and development area.
- Waste Management: The waste discharged by each company will be collected by BioHelis, and according to its nature, it will receive different treatments. Because this is a park that will promote eco-efficiency and sustainability, the companies will not be able to perform polluting activities unless they have corrective and remediation measures for incompatible activities with these two concepts.
- Electricity Supply: Electricity will be available throughout the park.
- Security: The park area will be limited by cyclone wire fencing to avoid entrance of animals and unauthorized persons. It will also have an electronic security system where each company will have exclusive access to the area it rents.
- Office Space and Services: Areas with state-of-the-art communication services: Wifi [Fierce Broadband Wireless Internet Services], Telephone, Videoconference System, National and Internationl Messenger Services, Photocopying and Fax Services.
- Accounting and Management: Services for innovation and commercial projects within the park.
